What should I do if I forget my password?

If you forget your password:
1. Go to the my Visa login page and click on the "Forgotten paddword?" link.
2. Enter your registered email address and click on the "Receive" button.
3. Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.

2. Ensure that all cards have been correctly linked to your my Visa account and are visible on this screen.
3. If any cards are not visible, select "Add a card" and follow the instructions. You can do this for all of your Visa premium cards.
4. Contact Visa customer support if the problem persists.

 

What do I do if my card has been lost or stolen?

If your card has been lost or stolen:
1. Immediately contact your card issuer to report the loss or theft.
2. Follow your card issuer’s instructions to get a replacement card.
