MY VISA ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
Q: I need help with my account – first time account set up, password reset or general access queries. How can I get support?

Q: I would like to delete my account – how do I do this?
Please go to the Account section, and there is an option there to delete your account.
Q: I would like to change my password. How can I do this?
Please go to the Account page where you can find an option to change your password. Ensure your new password meets the required criteria.
Q: I would like to change my phone number. How can I update my contact information?
Please go to the Account page, where you will find options to update your phone number.
Q: I would like to register my Visa, which cards can be registered?
You can register on my Visa if you have a Visa Infinite and Visa Signature card, issued in Turkish issuers.
Q: I would like to add/delete cards on my Visa. How can I do this?
Please go to the my Cards section , and there is option there to add/delete cards and choose one of your cards as your 'Favorite' card. Only Visa Infinite and Visa Signature cards issued by Turkish issuers can be added on my Visa.
REDEEMING OFFERS AND BENEFITS
Q: How can I benefit from the offers on my Visa?
Please review the 'Terms and Conditions' section for detailed instructions and campaign eligibility criteria.
If an offer requires redemption of a code, you can access to your campaign code by clicking on the ‘Redeem’ button at top-right of each offer. Please present your code to the cashier in the store at the time of payment or insert your code at check-out during your online purchases.
Q: I am having issues redeeming one of the benefits or offers on my Visa.

QUESTIONS ABOUT MY VISA CARD
Q: I have lost my Visa card, or it has been stolen. What should I do?
Please contact your card issuing bank for support. You can find telephone numbers of customer support of your bank in my Cards section to block your card and access Visa emergency services, such as emergency cash advance and emergency card replacement.
Q: I have questions about my banking relationship in general. Who should I contact?
Please contact your card issuing bank for support.
