To confirm your eligibility, please check with your card issuer via their  website or by contacting them directly. 

 

How do I register for a my Visa account?

To register for a my Visa account:
1. Visit the my Visa website and click on the "Create my account" button on the top right of your screen.
2. Provide your personal information, including your Visa card details.
3. Your email address will be your username and you will be asked to create a password.
4. Follow the instructions to verify your email address and complete the registration process.

 

Why am I not receiving a confirmation e-mail?

If you are not receiving a confirmation email:
1. Check your spam or junk email folder.
2. Wait 10minutes and check your email inboxes again.
3. Ensure you entered the correct email address during registration by following the sign up process again.
